Apartment Services

   We will:

• secure and close common areas including pools.
• respond to noise complaints.
• enforce speed limits and other traffic laws.
• monitor conditions of the complex on a regular basis.
• take action to prevent and deter crimes from occurring and perform investigations of all suspicious persons, vehicles, and conditions where applicable.
• prepare written reports and/or logs about events, incidents occurred and actions taken.
• respond to fires, contact authorities, secure locations, direct and control traffic.
• render emergency medical aid and CPR until EMS personnel arrive.
• perform health and welfare checks for senior and/or disabled citizens by personal contact.
• respond to calls for service promptly and safely involving prowlers, unknown persons at doors, vandals and illegal activities.
• maintain professional appearance at all times, including adherence to our dress code policies.
